Library Intern
FT/PT: Part Time, Public Library Salary: Internships are unpaid; academic credit may be available. Position Description: Are you enamored with technology and a “super fan” of the e-reader? If so, the New Lenox Public Library has an opportunity for you to share your expertise with and enthusiasm for this technology while possibly earning internship credit. We are looking for someone to more fully develop our e-reader services including, but not limited to: revising varied e-reader device handouts, organizing and teaching classes, scheduling and conducting one on one teaching sessions with patrons, and really developing a needs assessment. In addition, hands on reference work at the desk will be part of your experience as well.
